E mail: shps1996yahoo.co.in Sacred Heart Public School About the School: The School was founded in 1996 by the 'Society of the Oblates of the Sacred Heart (OSH)', Kottayam. It is a Senior Secondary co-educational school admitting students from Kindergarten to Senior Secondary.
The School is situated at Sacred Heart Mount in a calm and serene atmosphere in the vicinity of OSH Monastery, Seminary and Church adjacent to the M.C Road, 3 K.M away from Kottayam Town.
Management: The School is run and well managed by the Priests of Society of OSH. It was established as the Platinum Jubilee Memorial of the establishment of the Society. The Superior General of the Society is the Manager of the school and the priest members also serve the school as teachers.  Curriculum: To impart sound knowledge, build characters, create sensitivity to the culture and the heritage of India, and to lay emphasis on the integral development of the personality of the students.
The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi. We follow the CBSE syllabus and directions strictly from the primary classes onwards.
